SoftFormance’s Hiring Process
It’s tough to find and validate great software developers, so we have a thorough hiring process in place:
Initial Screening
A candidate is qualified for opened position requirements.
Interview
In-person interview to analyze previous experience and career history, validate for company cultural and team fit.
Technical Task
The candidate is asked to perform 1 or more programming tasks to assess real-world skills.
Reference Checking
We perform comprehensive reference checks to make sure of the legitimacy of the candidate
Final sign-off from CEO
CEO interviews & signs off on every hire in the company.
Candidates usually spend about 16 hours in total in our multi-step hiring process. This process includes a couple of rounds of interviews along with trial tasks and allows us to hire top 5-10% talent on the market.
